Built for India, not localised for it
We don't take a Western co-living tool and rupee-ify the dollar signs. Every workflow starts with how Indian PGs actually run — UPI rent, WhatsApp comms, Aadhaar onboarding, mess opt-ins.
Mobile-first, ruthlessly
Our typical user is a manager standing in a corridor with an entry-level Android phone. We design for them first — desktop comes later.
Honest pricing
No annual lock-ins. No "talk to sales" for tier 1. ₹500–1000 per branch per month — and you can cancel any time. Your data exports as CSV/PDF on demand.
Stay close to operators
Half our team has lived in hostels. The other half visits at least one a month. The product reflects that proximity.
Your data stays yours.
How KwikPG collects, uses, stores, and protects your data. We never sell it, and you can export or delete everything on demand. Last updated 23 May 2026.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email, phone number, business name and address.
- Resident data you enter — names, photos, phone numbers, emergency contacts, Aadhaar verification status, and uploaded documents. You are responsible for obtaining each resident's consent; we process this data on your behalf.
- Payment data — transaction amount, date, mode, and reference. Card numbers, UPI PINs, and bank credentials are handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored by us.
- Device & usage data — device model, OS version, app version, approximate (city-level) location, crash logs, and in-app activity for analytics.
How we use it
To operate KwikPG — manage your account, process rent payments, send WhatsApp reminders to your residents, respond to support requests, fix crashes, and improve the product. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to run the app — Razorpay (payments), our WhatsApp Business API provider (notifications), and our cloud hosting and crash-reporting providers — each bound by a data-processing agreement. We also disclose data when required by Indian law. We never sell personal data.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and sensitive fields at rest. We retain your data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after closure, except where law requires longer (e.g. payment records for 7 years under the Income Tax and GST Acts). Backups are purged within 90 days.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Export everything as CSV/PDF from the app, or delete your account at kwikpg.com/delete-account.
Children
KwikPG is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
