Do my residents need to install an app?
No. Bills, reminders, receipts and notices reach residents on WhatsApp, which they already use.
How do residents pay rent?
They tap the UPI link in their WhatsApp bill and pay with any UPI app. If someone pays you in cash, you record it in the app in two taps.
How long does it take to get started?
You can be set up and collecting rent the same day. Send us your rooms and residents and we enter them for you, free.
I have my records in a register or Excel. What happens to them?
Send us what you have. We can upload your resident list from Excel in one go, so you don't start from zero.
Can my manager see only their own branch?
Yes. You add managers and choose which branch each one can see. There's also a log of what each staff member did.
Is there a long contract?
No. You can cancel anytime, and your records stay yours.
Who pays for the WhatsApp messages?
Each new property gets 100 free messages. After that, you buy message packs in the app.
Is my residents' Aadhaar and ID proof safe?
ID documents are stored encrypted in KwikPG, not in your phone gallery or a WhatsApp chat.
I have more than one PG. Can I manage all of them?
Yes. You see all your branches together or one at a time, with collection, dues and empty beds for each.
Can I track security deposits?
Yes. Deposits are tracked separately from rent, so the refund amount is clear when a resident leaves.
Do I need a computer?
